Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. based on the necessity of the processing for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator;

The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator consist of offering products and services to customers;

Personal data is processed manually and automatically;

The Administrator processes personal data to the extent necessary to conclude a contract. These are: name, surname, place of residence, place of service, mailing address, place of delivery of goods and contact telephone numbers.

  • The provision of an e-mail address is not a requirement and is not a condition for the conclusion or execution of the Agreement. Provision of all data is voluntary.
  • Data will not be shared with entities other than those authorized by law;
  • Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization;

The Administrator shall make every effort to provide the stored personal data with physical, technical and organizational means of protection against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws;

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Request from the Administrator access to your personal data,
  • Require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
  • Require the Administrator to delete your personal data,
  • request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • to transfer your personal data, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
